Delivery Details
As our butters are semi-perishable, our shipping and packaging requires a little more work. Please carefully read our FAQs and if you have questions about where we deliver and how we pack our orders, please send an email to hello@montanastable.com.au
Chilled deliveries are sent Express Post in specialised cool packaging.
Please ensure you delivery location falls within the following ranges, otherwise we will not be able to fulfil your order. Rural regions and NT are typically outside our delivery zone.
Delivery Cut Off and Shipment Days
Orders are dispatched on Tuesday's every week with order cut offs by the previous Sunday at 11:59pm. All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched the following Tuesday. This is to avoid your order being caught in transit or a warehouse over a weekend.
Shipping Options
We offer 2 shipping options for perishable on non-perishable deiveries.
All orders containing perishable items will be sent via Express Post with a 1-2 day delivery time frame. Please ensure your post code falls within our delivery range, otherwise we will not be able to send your order/perishable items. Please also ensure that you will be home on the day of delivery, as orders will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
Orders containing non-perishable items only are sent via Standard Shipping with a 2-5 delivery time frame.
If you are only planning to order non-perishable items, but would like them to be sent Express, please specify that at checkout, or send us an email.

FAQs
CAN WE DELIVER TO A PO POX OR PARCEL COLLECT?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship perishable items to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect facilities. However, if you are ordering non-perisahble items only, that won't be an issue.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN DELIVERY DAY?
You can select your dispatch day on checkout by leaving a note, however, we are not able to guarantee delivery times. At times there can be unexpected delays and changes to deliveries.
CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?
Yes, we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes in the cart before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card. We do not gift-wrap, sorry!

CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER INTO MULTIPLE BOXES?
We can do this, there is cost of $5-10 per box, dependent on the location. If you would like us to do this please request it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.
HOW DOES MONTANA'S TABLE PACK ITS PRODUCTS?
Your products are sent in specialised cool packaging and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please ensure that you will be home on the day the parcel will be delivered to ensure its quality. We cannot guarantee the quality of the product if it has been left outside for too long.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT CAN YOU SHIP IN ONE ORDER?
We only ship orders under 10kg.
WHERE DOES MONTANA'S TABLE DELIVER TO?
We can get our non perishables across Australia and our perishables to most places in Australia. Our deliveries differ between different areas. If you have questions about your area please get in touch.
