Refund policy

We want you to absolutely LOVE our products, so if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, feel free to send it back for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we'll cover it.

Please note all orders ship on Tuesdays, so processing times for exchanges may reflect our weekly dispatch schedule. The only catch is that we want your feedback on how we can improve, because that's the only way we can keep getting better!
