Our Dukkah Butter is bursting with flavour from its rich and fragrant blend of toasted cumin, coriander and fennel seeds with crunchy flecks of toasty roasted hazelnuts and sesame seeds.
Each ingredient is meticulously toasted to draw out the very best flavour and texture.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Try it folded through scrambled eggs, slathered over a roast chicken, sizzlingly melted and doused over hummus or melted over pan-fried white fish or grilled vegetables for an for a North African flavour kick. Or most simply, serve alongside a fresh loaf of sourdough as the centrepiece of a dinner table.
Store in the fridge, and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
