Spread it thick on soft and fluffy bread for a quick midweek hit when you're craving freshly made weekend pancakes.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
For sweet applications, it's perfect for melting over French toast and fresh, fluffy pancakes (obviously!), or smearing thick onto warm scones or crumpets.
For savoury applications, baste it over roasted pumpkin, add a generous dollop to mashed sweet potatoes, melt over freshly steamed corn cobs, toss it through popcorn or simple serve alongside a fresh loaf of sourdough for a simple and conversation-worthy centrepiece at any dinner party.
Store in the fridge, and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
