SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve in the middle of the table to slather on fresh sourdough, toss through roasted veggies, use in baking cakes and cookies, melt over warm, fluffy pancakes or use in cooking meats such as basting a steak or slathering over a roast chicken.
