People assume a jar like this is a breakfast spread. It's not. Our Pistachio Choc Crunch is packed with toasted kataifi pastry, which makes it the crunchiest thing we make and the jar you reach for whenever you want something chocolatey and a little bit obsession-worthy, at any hour of the day. Here's how our customers actually eat it.
For Breakfast
1. Stuffed Into a Croissant
Split a day-old croissant, spread the inside generously, close it up and warm it in the oven for five minutes. It's a pistachio croissant from a fancy bakery for the price of a supermarket one.
2. Pistachio French Toast
Sandwich a layer between two slices of brioche, dip the whole thing in egg and fry it. Dust with icing sugar and it's brunch-menu worthy.
3. Oats & Yoghurt Bowls
Swirl a spoonful through overnight oats or spoon it over thick Greek yoghurt with fresh berries. Add it just before eating so the crunch holds.
In the Oven
4. Molten-Centre Cookies
Freeze teaspoon-sized dollops on baking paper for an hour, then wrap your cookie dough around them before baking. Break one open warm for a gooey pistachio centre.
5. Brownies, Two Ways
Dollop spoonfuls into your brownie batter just before baking for gooey pistachio pockets through every square. Or let the brownies cool and spread a thick layer over the top as a crunchy frosting.
For Dessert
6. Homemade Ice Magic
Warm 3 tablespoons of the jar with 1 tablespoon of refined coconut oil until smooth. Pour it over ice cream and watch it set into a crunchy shell, just like the Ice Magic you grew up with. Or dip an ice cream block on a stick for a DIY Magnum.
7. The Dubai Strawberry Cup
The viral one, done properly. Pile fresh strawberries into a cup, spoon the jar over the top, then pour over melted dark chocolate and let it set for two minutes. Crack through with a spoon.
8. The Dubai Chocolate Milkshake
Blend milk and vanilla ice cream, then stir a big spoonful of the jar through at the end so the kataifi stays crunchy. Save a little to drizzle down the inside of the glass before you pour.
9. On Top of Cheesecake
Spread a layer over a baked cheesecake just before serving. The creamy, tangy base and the kataifi crunch are a proper pairing. Brisbane locals, our custom baked cheesecakes are available for pickup if you'd rather skip the baking.
10. Dubai Chocolate Bark
Spread melted dark chocolate over baking paper, drop spoonfuls of the jar on top, swirl with a skewer and freeze for 20 minutes. Snap into shards.
11. Ninja Creami or No-Churn Ice Cream
Using a Ninja Creami? Add a few spoonfuls on the mix-in setting. No machine? Whip 600ml of thickened cream to soft peaks, fold through a tin of condensed milk, then swirl the jar through before freezing.
12. Pistachio Truffles
Scoop teaspoon-sized balls onto baking paper and freeze until firm. Dip them straight from the freezer into melted chocolate and finish with crushed pistachios. Work quickly so they hold their shape.
No Effort Required
13. Inside a Medjool Date
Pit a date, fill it with a teaspoon of the jar and dip the top in melted chocolate. Pistachio, pastry and something sweet and sticky. The best two-bite snack we know.
14. Straight Off the Spoon
The most honest answer. No toast, no plate, just a spoon and five minutes to yourself.
15. As a Gift, Not Even Eaten Yet
Some of our customers buy jars purely to give away. If you're stuck on what to bring to a dinner party or send as a thank-you, a jar of Pistachio Choc Crunch travels well and needs zero explanation.
The Real Point
This isn't a one-use product. Let it be whatever you need that day, breakfast, dessert, midnight snack or gift. That's the whole idea behind it.
